Thank you for your interest in enrolling at Bridgetown Primary School. Parents seeking to enrol their child need to complete the Enrolment documents. These available to download from the Website via the link.
- Your child's birth certificate (telephone the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages on 1300 305 021 if you do not have one).
- Your child's Immunisation History Statement (no older than 2 months old), (for instructions on how to obtain this statement visit the Department of Health).
- Proof of your current address (such as a recent electricity or water statement).
- Copies of Family Court orders for confirmation of proof of name or custody arrangements.
Please ensure all contact details are correct. It is vital that in an emergency, we are able to reach parents immediately. Should parents be unavailable, the next emergency contact supplied will be called.
These documents can be emailed to us, and we will print them out, or you can bring them with you when you come and complete the full application form and we will make copies.
Once we have received the enrolment forms, a member of the Admin team will be in touch with you.
