P & C Association

The Parents’ and Citizens’ (P&C) Association is essentially a parent group made up of members from our school community.

Meetings provide a forum where parents can discuss initiatives and work together as a parent body to improve any aspect of school life for our children. The P&C is also the major fundraising arm of the school.  An Annual General Meeting is convened early in the school year where elections are conducted to elect the office bearers for the current year.

P&C meetings are an excellent way to find out what is going on in the school and to meet other parents. Meetings are held twice a term, Week 2 and Week 6 on a Tuesday night at 6.30pm in the School Library, the meetings are relaxed and informative and you are more than welcome to come along and just listen if you wish.

If you wish to become a financial member of our P&C so that you can vote on motions, you simply fill in a form at the meeting and pay $1. There are many ways you can become involved and support the school. Volunteering has many rewards, and your children really benefit from you getting involved. Any time you can spare or expertise you can offer enables the P&C to continue to be an active and effective association.
